Upon contacting us through our website booking form or direct 24/7 WhatsApp concierge, we match your party size and preferred hours with the ideal motor yacht. To confirm your reservation, a standard advance deposit is processed via secure bank wire transfer or major credit cards, with the balance comfortably settled at the pier upon boarding. For corporate groups and executive clients, formal contracts and tax-compliant VAT invoices are issued promptly.

Safety at sea is our unconditional priority. In the rare event that the Istanbul Port Authority or Turkish Coast Guard issues a marine gale warning and suspends waterway navigation, your charter will be rescheduled to another mutually agreeable date with zero cancellation fees or penalties. If rescheduling is unfeasible with your travel dates, deposits are refunded in full. For personal itinerary adjustments, complimentary date changes are accommodated when requested at least 48 hours prior to departure.
